Managed end-to-end delivery for tawasullimo.ae, a DAS Holding subsidiary. As PM: gathered requirements from DAS executives, planned sprints, coordinated with the UI design team, and ran UAT cycles before go-live. As developer: built a full Laravel backend with a dynamic content management system, real-time booking flow, automated email notifications, and a custom admin panel. Delivered on schedule and maintained post-launch.

Premium limousine booking platform — led full project lifecycle as PM & Laravel developer for DAS Holding.
Solution
Built a Laravel backend from scratch rather than adapting an existing booking plugin, since the client needed real-time driver and vehicle availability tied to a custom fleet management flow. The admin panel lets the DAS Holding team manage bookings, drivers, and pricing tiers without touching code, and automated email notifications close the loop on every reservation.
Outcome
Tawasullimo.ae launched on schedule with a booking flow built around how the limo fleet actually operates, rather than forcing the business into a generic reservation template. The DAS Holding team has managed content and bookings independently since go-live.
