3. Data Sharing

4. Third-Party Platforms
This site integrates with LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest APIs to enable social media publishing. When you authorise these integrations, the respective platform's privacy policy also applies to data processed by their API.
5. Comment Replies on Instagram and Facebook
When you comment on a post on our Instagram account (@sarah_developer) or our Facebook Page, Meta notifies us of the comment. If your comment matches what the post asks for (for example, commenting a word to get a link), we send you one private message in reply, and sometimes a short public reply under your comment.
- What we receive: your Instagram or Facebook user ID and username, the comment's ID and text, and the post it was on.
- Why: only to send the reply you asked for and to make sure you never get the same message twice for the same post.
- Limits: one message per comment, sent within 7 days of the comment, as Meta's rules allow. We never message people who did not comment, and we do not send marketing or bulk messages.
- Sharing: this data is not sold or shared with anyone. It is stored on our own servers and processed through Meta's APIs, under Meta's Platform Terms.
- Deletion: email us at the address below with your username and we will delete these records. You can also remove your comment at any time on Instagram or Facebook.
6. Data Retention
Contact and booking enquiries are retained for up to 2 years. OAuth tokens are stored only as long as the connected account remains active. You may request deletion at any time.
7. Your Rights

8. Security
We use HTTPS encryption, secure environment variables, and access controls to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take all reasonable precautions.
